The shelving units are packed as fully assembled units with the side panels and Kick plate (when supplied) provided loose. The shelves will then simply need bolting between side panels and the kick plate screw attached ready for installing into the van. Depending on the configuration the product may be supplied in one or more packing boxes.

If you are an individual customer, you are not required to provide an EORI number.
- However, please note that you will still need to pay any customs charges, duties, or taxes upon receipt of your order.

A full set of fixings is included with each rack including the necessary steel cleats to attach the rack to the van. It is expected that the van be ply lined in order to facilitate easy location of the steel cleats.

Yes, we offer a full consultation and design service to tailor products to specific needs. Further details are available on request
A single 3 tier rack weighs between 20kg and 30kg depending on the size.
We aim to ship standard products within 5-6 working days of receiving an order which are shipped by overnight carrier. Sometimes this may be less, however the nature of the business means that at peak times this may fluctuate. We do try very hard to help whenever possible so we suggest.

Yes, there is the option at checkout to choose to collect, you will be advised by email when your order is complete and ready to collect.
All prices for goods sold direct to UK customers are quoted Inclusive of VAT.
The Saturday delivery is a premium option to cater for customers specific circumstances. Normally unless expressly agreed, an order must be received by Wednesday at 5PM to qualify for a Saturday delivery of the same week. At peek times this may vary and we reserve the right to extend the delivery schedule but will advise accordingly.
