Our False floor system for the VW Transporter T7 L2 is manufactured using 12mm hardwood plywood or 12mm Black Hexaboard, both offering excellent strength and long-term durability. Pre-assembled modular sections are sized for pallet delivery and include an aluminium rear threshold trim for a clean, professional finish at the loading edge.

This system is designed for everyday trade use and performs best when loads are spread evenly across the deck surface.

Open Void (full-width) configurations incorporate a larger clear span through the centre section. Where heavier or dense items are carried—particularly rolled materials or equipment with a small footprint—additional central support is recommended to improve load distribution and reduce deflection.

Twin void and drawer configurations benefit from internal dividers which provide additional support across the structure, improving load distribution for general use.

Installation & Fitment

Designed specifically for the VW Transporter T7 L2 (Long Wheelbase), the modular sections drop into place and fix together in-situ. The system is supplied with fixing brackets, or it can be screwed directly to the van floor depending on the installation. Fitting is designed to be straightforward for anyone competent with basic tools.
