Designed specifically for the Vivaro L2 LWB variant, this system will not fit the shorter L1 model. Please ensure your vehicle is the Long Wheelbase version before ordering.

Vivaro L2 Raised Floor Construction

Our raised floor system for the Vauxhall Vivaro L2 LWB is manufactured using 12mm hardwood plywood or 12mm Black Hexaboard, both offering strength and durability for demanding commercial use. Pre-assembled modular sections are sized for pallet delivery and include an aluminium rear threshold trim for a clean, professional finish.

Twin void and drawer configurations benefit from internal dividers which provide additional support across the structure, improving load distribution for general use.
