This Fiat Scudo L2 false floor is precision CNC-cut for the 2022+ Long Wheelbase (L2) model, providing a true vehicle-specific fit and a practical raised underfloor storage solution.

Designed specifically for the Scudo L2 long wheelbase variant, this system will not fit the shorter L1 (Standard) model. Please ensure your vehicle is the correct wheelbase before ordering.

Scudo L2 Raised Floor Construction

Our raised floor system for the Fiat Scudo L2 is manufactured using 12mm hardwood plywood or 12mm Black Hexaboard, both offering strength and durability for demanding commercial use. Pre-assembled modular sections are sized for pallet delivery and include an aluminium rear threshold trim for a clean, professional finish.

Each Fiat Scudo L2 false floor system is CNC-machined in-house to ensure accurate fitment to the van’s internal profile, resulting in a secure, rattle-free installation.

Underfloor Storage Layout Options

This Fiat Scudo 2022+ L2 underfloor storage system is available in several configurations to suit different working requirements:

• Twin Void – Two separated storage compartments for improved organisation.
• Single Drawer – Nearside – Drawer positioned on the nearside.

Board Finish Options for the Scudo L2 Floor

Choose between a durable hardwood plywood deck or upgrade to the anti-slip Black Hexaboard option for a premium finish. Both materials are designed for long-term commercial use and are fully compatible with this Fiat Scudo L2 raised floor system.

This Transit Custom L1 False floor system is designed to provide usable underfloor storage while maintaining a practical loading height.

• False floor height: approx. 350mm above the factory floor
• Clear underfloor void height: approx. 275mm

This system is designed for everyday trade use and performs best when loads are spread evenly across the deck surface.

Open Void (full-width) configurations incorporate a larger clear span through the centre section. Where heavier or dense items are carried—particularly rolled materials or equipment with a small footprint—additional central support is recommended to improve load distribution and reduce deflection.

Twin void and drawer configurations benefit from internal dividers which provide additional support across the structure, improving load distribution for general use.

Installation & Fitment

Designed specifically for the Fiat Scudo 2022+ L2 model, the modular sections drop into place and fix together in-situ. The system is supplied with fixing brackets, or it can be screwed directly to the van floor depending on the installation. Fitting is designed to be straightforward for anyone competent with basic tools.
